S.A.Y.G. — Saint Ann Youth
Group
S.A.Y.G. is the parish organization for teens
of St. Ann Melkite Greek Catholic Church in
Danbury, Connecticut. Saint Ann is a parish of the Eparchy of Newton of
the Melkite Greek Catholic Church. The Eparchy, comprised of parishes throughout the United States, is
led by Archbishop Cyril Salim Bustros. The Melkite Church worldwide is
headed by Patriarch Gregorios (Gregory) III, who resides in the Middle East, and is a Byzantine Catholic
church enjoying full communion with the Bishop of Rome, Pope Benedict XVI, and the entire Catholic Church.
S.A.Y.G. members meet regularly for social, spiritual and community service activities throughout
the academic year.
